I remember that has a shipment in December 2018, the suppliers of Wal-Mart's shipped the goods from Jiangxi to Shenzhen warehouse for loading. Due to the supplier's production schedule, the delivery time of the goods was delayed, and the truck were also congested on the road. The original plan was to arrive in Shenzhen in earlier morning before the custom cut off . Now, the truck driver told me that it will arrive in Shenzhen at 10 pm, At that time, the warehouse could not be loading after work, but the shipping schedule will cut off next day 12:00 am. The container must be returned to the yard next morning before 8:00 am. If we wait until the next day to loading, we must not be able to catch up the original schedule.
In the afternoon, Ms. Wendy learned about the situation, she called the team to meet and draw up a preliminary plan urgently, and decided to change the goods from the warehouse to the other yard for operation, temporarily deploying the truck to pick up the container to be placed in the yard to waiting the goods. And looking for the workers to loadand unload the goods after work urgently . During this period, our operator Ms Wendy regularly communicates with the delivery driver to know the arrival of the goods, and 100% ensures that the truck to pick up the container in advance, and repeatedly confirm with the workers for loading time ,Finally, the driver arrived at our designated yard at around 9:30 pm., and our operator Ms. Wendy also worked overtime to help in the yard . It took about 2 hours to load the goods into the container and inform the truck driver returned back to the terminal, the next morning, the emergency handling of customs declaration was arranged, and It was successfully resolved before the custom cut off, avoiding the high fines that customers delayed.
